1987 Wonder Woman Poster

I'm trying to dig up some information on a poster I purchased at a local auction. It's theme is Wonder Woman, and it's dated 1987 w/George Perez's signature (part of the printing). The size is approx 11.5 x 24.5 (poster is mounted so this is a guess by visible dimensions).

The poster shows major theme of WW's history, from Paradise Island to her appearance in the US.

I was looking on Ebay but hadn't seen anything like this on there, so trying to find out more. Could it be a promo item for when WW was released as a comic?

There is also a promo poster made of the first issue - but it's not as large as you described.

Well that's the center of the poster, but the poster I have is more extensive, approximately 2x width with further detail.

I opened up the frame and the poster is printed on foamboard, so this is something that must have been available for public sale at some point.

It was originally sold for $4.99. That's how much I paid for it in 1987, don't know what it's worth.
