I haven't heard anything in a while. The last solid thing I heard was this: From dcboards.warnerbros.com/files/Forum21/HTML/001687-37.htmlTopic: Questions for Bob Greenberger posted January 31, 2003 08:58 AM posted by Bob Greenberger (excerpt)I already suggested to Dale that the JLA Postcards be used a spot art throughout the book, whenever we get to it.

I just checked the link - it doesn't work. But Bob did make that post last year.

Yeah, I saw that post, as well, but I was hoping they would make more headway with it.

Well, I heard that DC will probably be putting it out by late in the summer (so far, but not confirmed yet). Mr. Perez started drawing the JLA on the 2nd part JLA/JSA storyline that guest starred the New Gods and featured the resurrection of Darkseid (JLA #184). I'm just hoping the 1st part of the story will be reprinted, which was Dillon's last JLA book he drew, since he passed away to continue (JLA #183). It's also one of the best JLA/JSA x-overs ever! That was the storyline that propelled me to start collecting JLA, and I haven't stopped since then. I'm sure the story wont be reprinted w/o the first part, even though Mr. Perez did not draw it (Great Jim Starlin cover, btw). Even though I have the originals, I will most certainly pick this TPB up, especially if it has a NEW George Perez cover! Thnx Guys!

Aren't they publishing all the JLA/JSA teamups ? You know, CRISIS ON MULTIPLE EARTHS TP #1 (Alex Ross cover) and #2 (Jerry Ordway cover). It only makes sense that DC will ask George Perez to do the cover to #3 or #4.... In any case, I can't wait

I never thought that George might do a cover for the next JLA/JSA trade. That would be worth buying a trade with cheap paper.
I had suggested or made the request that DC include the last Dick Dillin issue as well, all the Perez drawn JLA issues including the best one, Justice League of America #200 which featured other artists besides George. I also asked for the JLA/JSA pin up, the JLA post cards and all of the Perez covers. I even asked for his Action Comics pages that featured the JLA be included as well. I don't remember off hand which issue of Action Comics it is but they're pretty nice. Something like 5 pages total. But my biggest request was that it be a hard cover. a hard cover isn't likely, but it's the toilet paper DC uses for it's regular trade paper backs that keeps me from buying them and it really burns me up that Marvel beats them up in this area. Marvels Legends trade paper backs are great.
